2007-2008

Anderson finished the 2007-08 season with five top-10 finishes in parallel giant slalom, including a World Cup win in Gujo-Gifu, Japan. His best snowboard cross placement was sixth at home in Stoneham, Quebec.

2006-2007

This season was one of Anderson's least successful competitive seasons. He only had two top-10 finishes in parallel giant slalom on the World Cup and none in snowboard cross. He also had a disappointing world championship, placing 17th in parallel giant slalom and 26th in snowboard cross.

Anderson says that in the aftermath of the Turin 2006 Olympic Winter Games, he worked hard to find the right equipment. But he says he did not receive enough support from the industry and was not able to produce competitive results.
