Cypress Mountain is Canada's most popular Cross Country Ski destination; with a respected Ski School to match the beautiful and varied trail system.
Located in our scenic Nordic base you will find our XC Ticket Office, XC Rental Shop, Nordic Café and public washrooms. Our rental shop does offer Classic and Skate set XC skis and snowshoe rentals.
Our Nordic Ski School boasts a variety of lesson programs from single day clinics to multi-session programs for skiers of all ages and abilities.
When you are on the 19 km of track set Cross Country trails don't forget to make a stop at the historic Hollyburn Lodge for some great food or our fully licensed café for a hot beverage, in a one of a kind atmosphere. Hollyburn Lodge was built back in 1926 and offers a truly unique experience on Cypress Mountain.
If you want to try something a little different, Cypress has 10km of self guided scenic snowshoe trails that run through sub alpine meadows and snowy mountain forests. If you can walk you can snowshoe. There are three different packages offered to vary your guided snowshoe experience. Whether it's a simple Meadow tour with a stop for a hot drink at Hollyburn Lodge or snowshoe trek and a fabulous fondue meal at the Hollyburn Lodge, you will be sure to enjoy it. Don't forget that if you have a group of 20 or more we do offer special corporate and group rates.
If you've never experienced snow or just can't get enough, our Tubing Park is for you. Feel the thrill of sliding down chutes in a snow tube and let our tube tow do all the work to get you back to the top. Our Tube Park is located close to our Nordic Base area, which makes it an easy and fun visit for the whole family. Just a note that kids must be above 4 feet to ride in our tubing area; however there is a sliding area for the real little ones and does run through out the season weather permitting.
