2019/20 Season Passholders

Is there a refund/credit for passholders?

  • Our winter season was open for 108 days, and our season pass guarantee states (https://cypressmountain.com/season-pass-guarantee) that we have a commitment to be open a total of 76 days. We empathize with the frustration of the tail end of the season being cut short, but we still had a long season, full of many epic snow days.

2020/21 Silver eXtra Passholders   '

Can I have a refund for my purchase as I didn't get to use is in the Spring?

  • The main value in the Silver "eXtra" pass is actually held in the 2020/21 season. The pass you bought, unlike the standard Silver Pass, is available to use on weekends all season long and only has the blackout window over the Christmas holidays (Dec 26/20 - Jan 2/21). March skiing at the end of the previous season is thrown in as a 'bonus offer' with no cash value. The value in the season pass is held the following season. We hope you were able to use some of the bonus time from March 1 to March 15.
  • All passes are non-transferable and non-refundable as per the 'Conditions of Sale' that were agree to at the time of purchase, and therefore non-refundable. Although we appreciate there is a sense of uncertainty for the future in the air, we look forward to a great winter season for 2020/21 and have already started the preparations.
  • Be sure to sign up for the Cypress Mountain Newletter https://cypressmountain.com/newsletter-sign-up to keep up to date on all things Cypress Mountain!

2020/21 Season Passholders

I've already purchased my pass for next season but I'm worried about what lies ahead, can I have a refund?

  • All passes once purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable as per the 'Conditions of Sale' that were agree to at the time of purchase, and therefore non-refundable.
  • We empathize with the global feeling of uncertainty and the state of our day to day lives at the moment. We do although feel so fortunate to live in British Columbia and in a society that has listened to our leaders and are doing what is asked of us, as it is making a difference. We look forward with optimism to next winter and being able to get back out onto the slopes, and enjoy everything Cypress Mountain has to offer as Vancouver's BIGGEST and favourite winter playground.

Thanks again for your patience and understanding.
