CRAZY RAVEN - BAR MANAGER (FULL TIME/YEAR ROUND)
We’re searching for a true hospitality champion to lead our Food & Beverage team as Manager of the Crazy Raven Bar & Grill. The ideal candidate brings exceptional attention to detail, a passion for elevating the guest experience, and the ability to inspire and support our incredible team. The Crazy Raven operates in both the winter and summer seasons, so this role includes hybrid responsibilities during the shoulder seasons - supporting overall F&B planning, operations, and continuous improvement. LIFT MAINTENANCE - SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME/YEAR ROUND)
Join the Operations Team and play a key role in keeping Cypress Mountain moving! This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a skilled Millwright who takes pride in maintaining safe, reliable, and high-performing Lift and Amusement Ride Systems. The Lift Maintenance Supervisor oversees installation, preventative and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting — ensuring every project is completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
This role also supports the development and delivery of training programs for Lift Mechanics (Millwrights and Apprentices), promoting best practices that minimize downtime and enhance reliability. Collaboration is at the heart of this position - working closely with departments across the mountain to maintain open communication, strong teamwork, and the highest standards of safety and reliability. SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME/EXTENDED SEASON)

As a hands-on leader, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable experience for our guests from the moment they arrive.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a high-volume Rental Centre, you’ll oversee equipment rentals, returns and fittings, while ensuring an efficient, safe, and exceptional experience for every guest. You’ll coordinate daily operations, support and develop your team, and keep things running smoothly during some of the busiest days on the mountain. EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE & REPAIR - SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME/EXTENDED SEASON)

As the Equipment Maintenance & Repair Supervisor, you’ll take a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume ski and snowboard service shop, leading shifts and supporting a team of skilled technicians. Working with state-of-the-art equipment, including a Wintersteiger Jupiter robotic tuning machine, you’ll oversee high-quality ski and snowboard tuning, repairs, and maintenance while optimizing workflow, developing the team, and ensuring every guest receives equipment that’s ready to perform on the mountain.

RETAIL STORE - ASSISTANT MANAGER (FULL TIME/EXTENDED SEASON)
Do you love retail, leadership, and the mountains? Join the Cypress Mountain team as our Assistant Retail Store Manager and help create exceptional shopping experiences for guests while supporting an engaged and high-performing team throughout the summer and winter seasons.
Working alongside the Retail Manager, you'll bring your passion for the outdoors and exceptional guest service to the mountaintop retail store, including satellite locations around the mountain. A Snow Sport Instructor is responsible for delivering safe, engaging, and high‑quality ski and/or snowboard lessons to children, youth, and adults across a variety of lesson types. Instructors play a key role in creating positive guest experiences by providing professional instruction, excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming learning environment.

LEAD INSTRUCTORS (FULL TIME or PART TIME SEASONAL)
A Lead Snow Sport Instructor is a returning Snow School team member who is ready to take on expanded responsibility in enhancing both the guest experience and team member engagement at Cypress Mountain. Lead Instructors role model exceptional instruction, provide peer mentorship, support on-snow operations during high-volume periods, and act as an additional point of communication between instructors and leadership.
Ideal candidates are high-energy, self-motivated, approachable, and a quick-thinking problem solvers with strong knowledge of Cypress Mountain and Snow School operations, best practices, policies, and procedures. PROGRAM SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME or PART TIME SEASONAL)
Program Supervisors provide on‑snow leadership during program delivery days and complete pre‑program planning and administrative work, in advance of scheduled programs. This role can be worked independently as a PT position or can be supplemented with additional hours Instructing hours to constitute a FT position. Assigned programs may include Slope Sisters/Cypress Women’s Club, Adult Learn to Ski & Snowboard (ALTS) & Cypress Race Nights.

SAFETY PROGRAMS ASSISTANT (FULL TIME or PART TIME SEASONAL)
The Snow School Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Program Assistant & Snow Sports School Instructor position is a hybrid role that combines part‑time Occupational Health & Safety program support with snow sports instruction. In this role, the OHS Program Assistant contributes to a positive safety culture, supports safety documentation and training coordination, and acts as an approachable resource for Snow Sports School team members, while also delivering high‑quality ski/snowboard lessons to guests of all ages.
This role is well‑suited to an experienced Snow Sports Instructor with strong organizational skills and an interest in safety, wellness, and operational support.

SENIOR SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME SEASONAL)
Cypress Mountain is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Supervisor to join our Snow Sports School leadership team for the 2026/27 winter season. This role is ideal for an experienced snowsports professional who is passionate about instructor development, operational leadership, program coordination, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic mountain environment.
The Senior Supervisor is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and oversight of Snow Sports School programs and instructional teams within assigned operational areas. The role supports team members development, training initiatives, program delivery, guest experience standards, safety compliance, and operational excellence across medium to large-scale lesson products.
