Cypress Mountain is currently recruiting an F&B Executive Sous Chef to join the growing Food & Beverage Team, and in a Full Time/Year Round capacity.

If you have a passion for food & beverage, excel in a fast-paced kitchen environment and are a leader above others, this is the position for you! The Executive Sous Chef is a member of our Food & Beverage Management Team that drives the process of menu conceptualization to implementation throughout all kitchen lines while focusing on creating exceptional dining experiences. Key responsibilities include food costing, plating, packaging, and training of team members in all cooking and serving processes. Other opportunities include creating enticing menus and food specials, taking ideas to the next level and setting the F&B kitchen teams for success through teaching and mentoring while working alongside and supporting team members in their duties.

The Director of Sales & Marketing for Cypress Mountain plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility across multiple channels, drive revenue growth, and create an engaging experience for our guests. This is a senior leadership position, based at the resort and reporting to the General Manager, working across resort teams to ensure that a unified brand message and sales strategy flows throughout all channels and maximizes revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both sales and marketing as well as exceptional leadership skills, to guide a team towards achieving both short-term and long term business objectives. This is a Full Time/Year Round posiiton with work location being on mountain.

The Cypress Mountain Sales & Marketing Department is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join the team. The Digital Marketing Manager plans, executes and manages all digital marketing for Cypress Mountain including SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media and our website.
