Latest News At Cypress Mountain
Saturday Morning Update: It started snowing very lightly about 5:00 AM and we are hoping for a bit of accumulation before sunrise - thats right, after a few days of gloomy weather we may get a glimpse of the Sun today among a mixed bag of forecasts!
Our Grooming Crew have been blading, pushing, winching and tilling all night with our full fleet of Snowcats and they'll have a full print of Corduroy out there this morning! The temperature is dropping rapidly so the Cord will be fast off the start and soften nicely into the morning.
The Crew has a great print on Crazy Raven off Raven Ridge Quad on the East Face and they're featuring this Steeper Blue Square fall line run as their Best Bet to start out - the Sun will warm this one up early and it's great for carving turns as you point 'er down through the Old Growth Forest down to the bottom terminal.
