- Lift tickets are included with your coaster ride.
- All dates and hours of operation are subject to weather conditions or logistics issues. Cypress Mountain reserve the right to close the Eagle Coaster due to inclement weather or conditions that may affect the operations of the Mountain Coaster.
- To ride alone you must be 8 years or older and 4’1” or taller.
- The maximum weight capacity per cart is 118kg (260lbs).

If you have purchased a two ride ticket the rides must be used back to back before the ticket expires.

Lift operations, hours and reservations are subject to change without notice.
- Minimum of 16 years of age to ride with a passenger in the cart or passengers must be no taller than the driver's shoulders when seated in the cart together.
- Passengers must be a minimum age of 3 and up to 7 and are required to ride the coaster with an adult. Minimum of 96cm (3' 2") tall. Passenger must be no taller than the driver's shoulders.
- Riders must have sufficient physical dexterity, ability and knowledge to safely load, ride and unload the coaster.
- Use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- The coaster is not recommended for pregnant women and those with pre-existing neck or back injuries.
Obey attendants at all times. - Animals are not permitted on the chairlift or coaster.
Please note, leave larger bags and backpacks in a secure spot (like your vehicle or with a friend) while riding the coaster. We will have open storage available at the bottom of the lift for any loose items you are comfortable leaving while you take your ride.
Please note there are no washrooms at the top of the chairlift, where the coaster begins, so please use the facilities inside the Cypress Creek Lodge prior to your coaster ride if needed.

- All dates and hours of operation are weather and conditions permitting. Cypress Coaster will close if conditions are unsafe (ie. lightning, high winds, hail, etc.)
- All products are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
- Always visit the Downhill Conditions page or call 604-926-5612 for daily operating hours and condition updates before heading up the mountain.
- Lift operations and hours are subject to change without notice.
- Resale, Replication, Loan or Transfer of this Pass/Card is fraudulent and illegal.
- Prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Your use of these premises and facilities and participation in activities on the premises involve various risks, dangers and hazards. As a condition of your use of the premises and facilities and your participation in activities on the premises, you assume all risk of personal injury, death or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever including NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED UNDER THE OCCUPIERS LIABILITY ACT ON THE PART OF THE OPERATOR OF THE PREMISES AND FACILITIES and its employees and representatives (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Operator").

• Negligence includes failure on the part of the Operator to take reasonable steps to safeguard or protect you from or warn you of the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above.
• Any litigation involving the Operator shall be brought solely within British Columbia and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the British Columbia Court.
• These conditions and any rights, duties and obligations involving the Operator shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and no other jurisdiction.
