LIFT MAINTENANCE - SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME/YEAR ROUND)

Join the Operations Team and play a key role in keeping Cypress Mountain moving! This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a skilled Millwright who takes pride in maintaining safe, reliable, and high-performing Lift and Amusement Ride Systems. The Lift Maintenance Supervisor oversees installation, preventative and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting — ensuring every project is completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

This role also supports the development and delivery of training programs for Lift Mechanics (Millwrights and Apprentices), promoting best practices that minimize downtime and enhance reliability. Collaboration is at the heart of this position - working closely with departments across the mountain to maintain open communication, strong teamwork, and the highest standards of safety and reliability. LIFT OPERATIONS - TEAM LEAD (WINTER SEASONAL)

The Lift Operations Team Lead plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of our six Downhill chairlifts throughout both the winter and summer seasons. Working closely with Supervisors, Managers, and the Lift Maintenance Team, this hands-on leader sets the standard for exceptional guest service, supports Lift Attendants in their daily duties, and ensures all lift operations run safely, efficiently, and in line with established procedures. This fully outdoor role requires intermediate to advanced skiing or snowboarding ability and is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a dynamic team while working across the entire Downhill Area.

LIFT OPERATIONS - SUPERVISOR (WINTER SEASONAL)

A Lift Operations Supervisor assists with the oversight and daily operation of our 6 Downhill chairlifts during both winter and summer operations, working closely with the Lift Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, and the Lift Maintenance Team. This hands-on leadership role sets the standard for exceptional customer service, efficient lift operations, adherence to safety polices and supports Lift Attendants in their daily duties, including snow removal, maze setup, and guest service.

The Supervisor is also responsible for auditing lift locations, ensuring team members receive proper training, scheduling and approving payroll, and supporting staff development. In addition, this role participates in hiring new team members and assists with lift startups, operations, and maintenance activities as required.
